Shipping policy

Fulfilment - Please note that your credit/debit card will be debited before despatch. If we are then unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will refund your payment immediately.

Delivery - Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours and to get your order delivered within 3 working days within the United Kingdom, and within 10 working days to all other addresses. However please allow up to a maximum of 28 days.

Please note that orders from countries other than the UK and USA may incur import charges, such as customs duty and a processing fees from the carrier.
